Linda has been with JEM R.E.O. since its inception in 1987. She has many years of experience analyzing BPO’s, listing and marketing experience with brokers across the United States, negotiation expertise and has managed the JEM REO office for many years. She has overseen thousands of R.E.O. property closings and oversees the JEM R.E.O. accounting functions. She has her real estate license in Iowa and Alabama.

Judi has been the JEM REO BPO Coordinator for 7 years. She has real estate closing experience, has held her Iowa Real Estate License since 1989 and sold real estate for 10 years. She has discovered and qualified brokers in every state and ensures our brokers continue to meet our expected performance levels. Meeting deadlines is a major concern of Judi’s, and her consistent follow-up has created successful results for our clients.
